In yet another case of why blogs are the next version of the resume, a guy named Aaron Toponce just got interviewed by Google, the mother of all employers. He posts the email a Google recruiter sent him on his blog here. He didn't get the job, but he did say that the Google recruiter found him becasue of his BLOG. Nice job Aaron!

Thanks! I was a bit surprised, as you can imagine, that not only Google reads my blog, but that they were considering offering me a job. Pretty flattering.
