About the ladders: It just doesn't seem right that candidates should pay to be on it. If they really are good candidates, companies do search them out. It looks like a new twist to the same old scam that recruiting companies promise hopeful candidates jobs for money.
So, if the moderator is being paid by the ladders, my comment isn't published right?
