We started bonfirejobs.com as a replacement to the traditional candidate sourcing process.

Candidates post anonymous resumes online with as much information as they desire to share about their work experience.

Employers search the database for free and pay (the *candidate*) only when they receive a response within 24-hours from candidates they contact.

I'd be interested in knowing your thoughts on the above and if you have any suggestions on how we can both improve and market this solution.

Happy New Year!

You would want to take a look at www.GoRecroot.com, this website does not reveal candidate information without permission from the candidates. They mark a resume as private or confidential and based on candidate's interest in a job, he or she can opt-in. Very similar to your proposal here. What have been initial reactions to your proposal here? Doesn't it lead to candidates writing attractive resumes and selling them, and never really showing serious interest after that? Do you have a system that will remove candidates who use this as a revenue generator?
