A new career site called Alumwire focuses on job searching for college grads and young alumni. It's similar to what site like Jobster offer. Social networking, job seeker and employer videos and a cool multimedia job search experience.
The site has a very cool web 2.0 feel to it. You'll need a college email address to join. Take the tour. Their FAQ page also has some good information.
