I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the people who would have to watch a video resume are not singing their praise. Just look what Your HR Guy has to say. I trust Your HR Guy's opinion. He's a realistic but smart HR professional.
So when he says..."I maintain, and will continue to do so until my fingers are bloody little nubs, that the time spent on perfecting your video resume (or video supplement or whatever) is better used to perfect your paper resume and cover letter with time left to network with professionals in the field."
It's a reality check for job seekers everywhere.

Thanks for the link back. I feel like I am on the warpath here :-)
I also heard you briefly on the Animal's show (I was able to listen to a bit but not participate as I am on the West coast and that is prime work time for me). Sounded good!
