A blog is a great way to stand out in today's job market. Done right, it gives potential employers insight into your personality and your knowledge of the industry you are seeking work in.
That's why I have created a new blog entitled, Blog for Jobs, a showcase for those job seekers who have taken charge of their search and started a blog to get noticed.
I believe blogs are the 21st century résumé. It's time we gave them their due.

Best of luck with Blog For Jobs. Interesting concept with all sorts of growth possibilities. I'm curious to see where you take it.
I started blogging in the hopes that a potential employer will see it. I never thought of it that way before but I'm desperate to find a better job especially after graduating six months ago and still no decent leads.
