Here's a twist on the social networking sites. Thingsicando.com is a place to network yourself based on your skills. I'm not sure when it launched but it doesn't have many users at the moment. Navigating the site is pretty easy and you can invite friends to add their skills. I could see a site like this adding value to a job search and/or employers recruiting them but not until it gains some critical mass.
