New Research Tool for Jobseekers

Just discovered Ziggs.com, ...Ziggs, based in Boston, is technically in beta, or prerelease, status. But it is open for business to all Web users. It claims to be indexing about 2.3 million Web sites, and to include people who work at nearly 43,000 companies.

It's another site like ZoomInfo to help you find decision makers, aka, 'hiring managers' at companies you may want to work for. As I tested it, its not a perfect solution but it can help you find a name that may be useful. From the home page just select your STATE and type in the keywords such as "HR Manager". A search for "Human Resources Manager" in New York yields these results.

You can also post a profile (for a fee) on it should wish to raise your profile but I see the site becoming more of a research tool for jobseekers.
