50/50 Referral Fees

It was just a matter of time before this kind of company was launched. G2Bay.com is a new recruiting service that splits its finder fees (the money they get from employers after they've placed a person) with the jobseeker who referred that person. Built on a global platform and business model the service works like this;

Every time a person is hired, 3 people make money.Here's how.

If a job pays $100,000 per year...

G2Bay's commission is 10% or $10,000.

1. Tom makes $5000
2. Patricia refers XYZ, Inc. to G2Bay...Patricia makes $250
3. Steve refers Tom to G2Bay...Stevemakes $250

I'm not sure how this will work out but its an interesting concept. If you know some valuable people out there, start referring them and maybe you'll get lucky.
