Sorry, I don't want to hear how great it is to work at a company by its HR or Marketing people. I can read how wonderful things are by reading the marketing slant on their websites.
Many of the podcasts do interview the average worker. But sometimes its hard to get that person on the phone. At the very least you can hear real people talk and that in itself has value.
