New Job Board alerts

Here's a couple new job board launches to make note of.

DiversityJobs.com is free for jobseekers and features minority employment news and commentary, diversity bloggers, an events calendar and job listings from the best job boards online. Polls and forum discussions allow users to vote on current diversity issues and discuss workplace diversity challenges.

The site operates on the same principle as other vertical job search engines like Indeed.com and SimplyHired.com: participating job boards designate pay-per-click bid amounts for chosen keywords to increase visibility for their jobs. But there is one important difference: DiversityJobs.com attracts a truly diverse audience of minority jobseekers and ranks at the top all three major search engines (Google, Yahoo and MSN) when users search for “diversity jobs.”

Employment.com has also relaunched as a new national job board. Problem is the web doesn't need another big job board. I checked it out briefly and when I clicked on Connecticut Jobs I got california listings. Boy thats helpful.

Great San Francisco jobs await you at San Fran Jobs.
