Helping moms return to the workforce

The today show featured a story about Moms Corp, a staffing agency for mothers who want flexible work. There are a lot of moms out there who are desperate for flexible, part-time work and many of them have tremendous skills that companies can utilize. I wish more companies would start taking advantage of this work force and start hiring more moms as part of job sharing. I actually employ a part-time mom who does some marketing work for my job boards. She's been with me for several years now and the arrangement has been great for both of us.
