Kudos to Vault for this cool video resume contest they just put on for Wall Street job seekers.

In the contest, aspiring investment banking summer analysts were invited to submit video resumes to Vault.com. Vault's editors selected five of the most impressive video resumes and one honorable mention. Vault has personally delivered these video resumes to its network of Wall Street investment banks and some banks are already offering interviews for the winners.
Vault believes that video resumes can allow applicants to state their case with greater force and showcase their professionalism in a way that can't be conveyed on paper alone.
