Itzbig, but what is it?

There's a new online recruitment site coming our way but it's a bit of a mystery as to who's behind it and what their plan is. Check out www.itzbig.com. Unfortunately I cant tell you who's behind it or what kind of product they plan to release. "Itzbig" isn't even going to be the name of it.

They are seeking "advisors" among recruiters, job seekers etc. But its unclear what these volunteers will do. My buddy Jason Alba of Jibber Jobber has signed up to become one so he promises to keep me in the loop.

According to the web site, Itzbig promises to deliver something that is better than job boards. I just wonder why all the secrecy. This appears to be some kind of marketing initiative. Question is for what?
