Despite the fact there are over 40,000 estimated job boards online people are still creating new ones. The latest entry appears to be JobAhoy.com. Job Ahoy! will initially target the English speaking markets of the USA, UK, and Australia. It is professional, easy to use, and, in addition to free job postings, it offers all the standard tools for employers and job seekers, including email notifications, job tracking, and resume and cover letter upload facilities.
Kudos to Indeed.com. They just introduced my.indeed this week, which allows users to save individual jobs, track jobs they’ve visited, and manage favorite job searches. Job Seekers can now save a job by clicking ‘Save job’ next to any search result. At the same time, they may also add notes and tags to the job. Tags enable them to group jobs together in ways that make sense to you, so you can organize them and find them again easily.
