What do recruiters see when they Google you?

My new friend Mark Maunder over at Jobster alerted me to his new post on googling candidates. If you want to enhance your visibility when a recruiter googles you, this is a must read.

Mark writes..."It's standard procedure these days for a recruiter to research a prospective hire using the web. Jobster (the company I work for) provides an application for recruiters to network their way to the right candidate - and Jobster includes, among other tools, a link that gives a recruiter the option to Google each candidate.
